"Incredible food during your Baja holidays"

After spending the past five years traveling around the world as a superyacht and personal chef, I've settled in Baja California Sur to bring the best of what I've learned to hearts and tables of people visiting this paradise on earth.

Cooking for people from different countries, sometimes in very remote locations, has translated in ample knowledge and extremely practical and adaptable skills.

My food style mixes European,  Mediterranean, Asian and American influences - super fresh, healthy, full of color and flavor.

I build long-lasting relationships with my clients, holding utmost attention and dedication to creating unique experiences using local foods and ingredients.

Let me share my love of food and cooking with you.

I’ll begin with: Josefina is the best! And that would be confirmed by all my family members who were lucky enough to experience Josefina and her spectacular cooking. I am part of three families that share a summer house in Canada. Each family comes for 2-3 weeks with 2 - 20 people at a time, ranging in age from two to 90 years old. Josefina needed to be flexible as each new group arrived. She was that and more. The food she prepares is delicious. And the presentation was outstanding. Not a meal went by without cheers of gratitude. Josefina asks for feedback, listens, and adjusts accordingly. She wants to make the group happy. She, herself, is fun and bright. She has a smile on her face all day long! She is flexible and creative. She welcomes people into her kitchen to ask questions and learn about what she is cooking. She also set clear boundaries so we knew when the kitchen was off limits so she could focus and deliver our meals on time. She is trustworthy — she carried a family credit card through the summer to do the weekly grocery shopping. Josefina is engaging and interesting — she has done so much with her life and is a joy to be around. I cannot recommend her highly enough"
